Ball valves series 65-E are specifically designed to be suitable for CO₂ transcritical and subcritical systems with maximum working pressure up to 150 bar.

01 Overview

01

  • The stainless steel and brass body of the Castel ball valves are appropriately scaled. Use of a cap permits access to and protection of the maneuvering rod and guarantees an excellent hermetic seal.
  • Ensures the internal equilibrium of pressures when the valve is closed

Models

  • Series 6588E – Body and Connections are made of AISI 304 steel, from 6mm to 28mm, permitting butt welding (Ps 150bar)
  • Series 6578E – Brass body and Connections are made of AISI 304 steel, from 6mm to 73mm, permitting butt welding (Ps 140bar)
  • Series 6577E – Brass body and Connections are made of copper K65, from ¼” to 2.1/8” , solder welding (Ps 130bar)
  • Series 6570E – Brass body and Connections are made of copper, from ¼ to 2.1/8”, solder welding (Ps 80 bar)
  • Series 6570EL – Brass body and Connections are made of copper, from ¼ to 2.1/8”, solder welding     (Ps 60 bar)

Available Castel ball valves with access fitting and Actuator ON/OFF or modulating output 0-10V
