01 Overview

The regulators can work with the maximum pressure drop MOPD of 100 bar and oil up to 210 cts.

The Castel Electronic oil level regulator 5650E and 5658E are made up of an anodized aluminum machined body in which the particular internal machining makes the product able to manage different oil flows through the use of multiple interchangeable orifices.

The oil supply connection and the integrated solenoid valve armature are made from stainless steel.

On both sides of the regulators four led indicator lights show the operation condition of the regulators. The correct oil level inside the crankcase is guaranteed by the particular machining inside the regulator body, which minimizes the phenomena of emulsion and foaming.

In the body of regulators there are

One electronic control unit board protected by a plastic cover that guarantees a degree of protection IP65. This board is connected to the outside of the body by two EN 175301-803 industrial standard Form-c connectors.
One sight glass for visual control of oil level

There are two symmetric versions of the Electronic oil level regulator

Version 5650E/R and 5658E/R with oil supply on the left side and sight glass on the right.
Version 5650E/L and 5658E/L with oil supply on the right side and sight glass on the left.
