EBVC-EBD Electric Three-Way Ball Valve

Electric Ball Valve-EBVC
01 / 02

01 Overview

Suitable for heat recovery applications in CO₂ transcritical systems, the medium enters from the bottom pipe and exits from the left or right pipe, which can open or close the refrigerant flow path. EBD series actuators, torque 10 and 20N·m, can control two-way, three-way ball valves and other torque adaptation valves, supporting on/off function.

The EBVC Series valve boasts several key features

  • Stainless Steel Pipe with Copper Lining

    Ensures easy welding and durability.
  • Low Internal Leakage

Minimizes energy loss and enhances efficiency.
  • High Life Cycle

Capable of 50,000 cycles, providing long-lasting reliability.
  • Symmetrical Actuator Connection Bracket

Improves balance and reliability of the connection between the actuator and the valve.

In addition to the valve, Sanhua introduces the EBD Series Actuators, available in torque options of 10 and 20N·m. These actuators can control two-way and three-way ball valves, as well as other torque adaptation valves, supporting both on/off functions. Key features of the EBD Series Actuators include:

  • High Life Cycle

60,000 cycles with 20N·m load and 100,000 cycles with 10N·m load.
  • Manual and Automatic Operation

    Allows for flexible control options.
  • Easy Installation

Designed with 2 positioning pins and 2 threaded holes for seamless integration with the valve.
