01 Overview

The unit delivers 700–1,600 kW of heat using suitable industrial waste-heat sources at nominal input temperatures of 40–60°C. Output temperatures of 108–165°C enable saturated steam production up to 6 bar(g). The containerized, modular unit is designed to deliver optimal performance according to customer-specific heat-source temperatures, steam requirements and operating conditions.

The T-1000M uses an oil-free, direct-drive turbo compressor with active magnetic bearings and a natural pentane refrigerant. The system is optimized for temperature lifts of 68–105°C and can reach a COP of 4.0 at the minimum temperature lift and 2.8 at the maximum temperature lift.

Waste heat to process steam

The T-1000M recovers heat from cooling water, refrigeration systems, condensate, warm wastewater and other suitable industrial streams. It upgrades this energy to steam or high-temperature water for production processes. Reusing waste heat reduces boiler fuel consumption, direct CO₂ emissions and heat rejection to the environment.

Easy installation with containerized design

The complete heat-pump system is delivered as a modular, containerized package. It is designed for efficient connection to the site’s heat source, electrical supply, process-heat system and plant automation. The T-1000M can supply a dedicated process, operate alongside existing boilers or feed an industrial steam network.

Control systems

The integrated control system manages the heat-pump process and operating sequences. The HMI provides local monitoring, while communication interfaces enable connection to the customer’s automation or SCADA system for remote monitoring, data collection and plant-level control.
