01 Overview

With a maximum working pressure of 140 bar (2030 psig), it ensures reliability even in the most demanding environments. This versatile valve can serve as an expansion valve, a pressure regulator for the gas cooler, or a gas bypass valve, providing flexibility in system configurations. Its innovative design features a patented regulating cone and PEEK seat for optimal valve tightness and accuracy, especially at part load. The CCMT is compatible with a wide range of refrigerants, including R744 (CO₂), and offers easy servicing with its removable insert. Built for durability and ease of integration, it includes a standard M12 connector, enabling simple connections to motor drivers, and a built-in strainer/filter for enhanced performance.

01

The CCMT valve is an electrically operated valve designed specifically for CO2 (R744) refrigeration systems, offering versatility and precision in high-pressure applications. This valve is suitable for both subcritical and transcritical conditions and can function as an expansion valve, pressure regulator for the gas cooler, or a gas bypass valve with back pressure regulation.

With a maximum working pressure of 140 bar (2030 psig), the CCMT valve is built to handle demanding conditions. It features a regulating cone design that ensures excellent accuracy, particularly at part load, alongside a patented cone and balance design for stability. The PEEK seat enhances valve tightness and robustness, ensuring reliable performance with minimal leakage.

02

The valve is easy to install and maintain, with combined butt weld and solder connections and a built-in strainer/filter for system protection. It also includes a standard M12 connector for simple connection to the motor driver. The design allows for straightforward servicing, with an insert that can be easily removed by detaching the top part.

Available in models CCMT 2 through CCMT 42, the valve can come with or without an integrated pressure transmitter. It is compatible with refrigerants such as CO2 (R744) and works with PAG, POE, and PVE oils. With a maximum operating pressure differential (MOPD) of 90 bar (1305 psig), the CCMT valve is optimized for high-efficiency CO2 systems.

03

Whether used for precise regulation in subcritical or transcritical systems, the CCMT valve provides reliable, efficient control. Its robust construction and service-friendly design make it an excellent choice for high-performance CO2 refrigeration applications.
